Gooden, who was sexually assaulted over a one year period when he was just 9 years old. Christopher candidly tells his life story in his book "Releasing The Guards: Choosing To Heal From Sexual Abuse". Christopher will share about his pathway to healing, both the practical and spiritual aspects that he pursued in order to be made whole. As we discuss the ups and downs of his journey to recovery, we trust that it will bring hope and healing to all who have been affected in some way by sexual abuse and other forms of abuse as well.
